Welcome to our online shopping section. Following is a brief description of how you can order products from us.
IMPORTANT: You have to be logged on to place an order with us. If you already have an account with us, then simply click here to Log on. If you do not have an account, then Click here to Sign up.
Links to all the product categories can be found in the left side menu on your computer or the Catalogue menu (below the main menu) on your mobile device. Click the selected category you are interested in. You will then be presented with a list of more categories or products associated with your selection.
Simply click the Add to Cart button of the product/s you whish to order. Once you click the Add to Cart button the selected product will be added to your shopping cart. You can track the status of your shopping cart by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of this page.
You can click on the Shopping Cart / Check Out button at the top of this page at any given stage. Here you will find a listing of all the products added to your shopping cart. This screen will allow you to delete items from the list as well as change the quantity of each item you wish to order.
Quantity: To change the quantity of a specific item, enter the required amount in the Qty text box and click Recalculate.
Delete: To delete items from the list, tick the check box found to the left of the required item and click Recalculate.
Click Shop for More if you wish to add products from other categories. Follow the same process as described above to add more products to your shopping cart.
Click the Click to Pay button if you have found all the products you are interested to buy.
This is a very important step in the ordering process. Please ensure that your delivery details are correct. Click the Order Now! button to commit the transaction.
This page will display the final details to complete your order. Please make a printout of your order at this stage for future reference. One of our consultants will send you a Pro-forma Invoice via email within 1 business days to confirm your order and delivery address. Our friendly consultant will also present you with an invoice for payment once the order is confirmed. This step is mainly required to confirm shipping costs. Each order is different, and we would like to give you the best rates possible based on the size and weight of your order.
After receipt of payment, we will deliver/post/courier the products to you. Depending on your location and the availability of products you will receive the products within 2-5 working days.
Return Policy
Damaged Goods: If you receive your order and the goods are damaged, please contact Ganis Angling World via email or WhatsApp (visit the Contact Us page) and attach images of the damaged items. Ganis Angling World will replace the merchandise with a new product or provide a full refund, including all costs of transporting the goods.
Unsatisfactory Product: If you are not satisfied with the product or if it did not meet your expectations but the goods were received in good condition, you must return the item at your own cost. In this case, you will be refunded the cost of the goods only, minus a 15% handling fee.
Return Conditions: Refunds will only be processed once Ganis Angling World has received and inspected the returned goods to ensure they are unused and in their original packaging.
Any concerns regarding the received goods must be raised within 5 days of receiving the package.
